The exhausting 2011 Rhino Charge ended and the Team Davis & Shirtliff finished 31st overall and 9th in the unmodified class. The team was supported by the DWT Group that contributed to the collection of the record sum of 77.311.364 Ksh (approx. equal to 600 thousand euros). The amount of money collected will be used to support the Rhino Ark Charitable Trust to safeguard the natural park of the Aberdare Mountains, in which fundamental water resources, vital for Africa, can be found.
